In the heart of Milan's Washington district, Andrea Castrignano's studio oversaw a stylish and refined renovation, where attention to detail and the use of high-quality materials created an elegant and functional environment.

The renovation project focused heavily on visual continuity between interior and exterior, thanks to the use of GCR porcelain stoneware. This material was chosen to cover both the interior floors and the outdoor terrace of the apartment.
In particular, the Archistone 2 series in the Negresco coloring , with its dark and sophisticated shade, made it possible to create a natural flow between the spaces, maximizing the effect of visual continuity thanks to the use of the Cross surface on the outside. For the terrace, in fact, the necessary safety was guaranteed thanks to the Cross surface, which is particularly suitable for the outdoor shower area, where porcelain stoneware ensures adherence even in wet conditions, making the environment comfortable and safe.

Inside the apartment, special attention was paid to the bathroom, where Studio Castrignano opted for the Neolitica series in the color Jura. This choice gives a touch of naturalness and refinement to the space, recalling stone tones and providing an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation.

This renovation demonstrates how, through careful selection of materials and innovative solutions, it is possible to create spaces that communicate with each other fluidly while maintaining their own identity.
