Gruppo Cerdisa Ricchetti, together with its new GCR Project Division, focusing on project design, participated in the Milan edition of ARCHITECT@WORK 2021 on 3 and 4 November.
Gruppo Cerdisa Ricchetti and its new GCR PROJECT Division, created to support and respond practically to the daily needs of project designers, participated in ARCHITECT@WORK 2021, held in Milan on 3 and 4 November. The event took place in Milan at MiCo (Milano Congressi) in Viale Scarampo (between gate 4 and gate 5), from 12 noon to 7 pm.
Metal Design by Cerdisa is the collection with which GCR presented itself at the event, focusing on this product because of its particular innovative features: the craftsmanship of délabré metal is reproduced in latest-generation stoneware through the use of technologies that enable an evolutionary leap in digital decoration. With Metal Design, realism has acquired three dimensions: colour, relief and reflection.
For Gruppo Cerdisa Ricchetti everything starts with the Material, the original inspiration, and revolves around the Product, in the creation phase, to be implemented in the Project, the final destination. ARCHITECT@WORK was the ideal setting to connect with all those planners and stakeholders from the world of architecture and design who come together at the various editions held in various European locations to discover the most innovative and interesting products and materials currently on the market.
An ideal meeting for designers
This year, the effectiveness of the live event and live meetings typical of this trade fair for architects and project designers was enhanced by a digital platform, enabling exhibitors and visitors to extend their experience beyond the MiCo venue and the dates 4 - 5 November. This was a hybrid event, allowing those unable to physically attend the event to still experience ARCHITECT@WORK 2021, while also allowing those who did visit in person to relive its highlights.
There were many side events and initiatives: a high-level seminar programme, an exhibition entitled “Oxygen, Architecture and Materials”, a photo gallery focusing on the theme “Oxygen”, a Temporary Bookstore and a Project Wall designed by world-architects.com.
With more than 120 confirmed exhibitors, ARCHITECT@WORK offered companies and designers an ideal meeting place for networking, for presenting and discovering new products, for professional development and exchanging ideas.
