The strict atmosphere of an office environment can be transformed with refined details, such as floors with exquisite color patterns and carvings, and textures that invite touch.

The choice of porcelain stoneware

The decision to use ceramic material for the office surfaces stemmed from a careful assessment of the project's needs. The porcelain stoneware from Gruppo Cerdisa Ricchetti emerged as the ideal choice for several reasons:

  • resistance and durability: the inherent properties of porcelain stoneware make it suitable for high-traffic environments, such as financial offices;
  • variety of finishes and colors: this versatility allowed for the creation of customized compositions that adapt to the overall design of the spaces;
  • aesthetics and modernity: the porcelain stoneware added a touch of elegance and modernity to the offices, contributing to a comfortable and welcoming work environment.

Contemporary and captivating design

The choice of colors and finishes was driven by the desire to create a contemporary and captivating work environment. For the office floors, the Burnt Umber color from the Fresco collection and the Sand color from the Ease/22 collection by Ricchetti were selected. For the bathroom, it was chosen the Blue Whale color from the Fresco collection. All the floorings feature orange-colored grout, adding originality and a captivating, innovative style. For the wall coverings, small formats from Cinca were chosen, covering both the corridor walls with the Arquitectos series (in Taupe, Mocha, and Preto colors) and the bathroom walls with the Mix&Match New York series (in White Glossy color). The goal was to create an environment that inspires creativity and productivity while maintaining timeless elegance.

Interview with Studio Doboz:

How did you decide to use ceramic materials for the surfaces?
"The decision to use ceramic materials for the office surfaces was made after a careful assessment of the project's needs. The porcelain stoneware from Gruppo Cerdisa Ricchetti emerged as the ideal choice for several reasons. Firstly, the intrinsic properties of the material, such as resistance and durability, make it suitable for high-traffic environments like financial offices. Additionally, the variety of available finishes and colors allowed us to create customized compositions that adapt to the overall design of the spaces. Lastly, the aesthetic aspect of the ceramic stoneware added a touch of elegance and modernity to the offices, contributing to a comfortable and welcoming work environment."

Can you briefly comment on the choice of colors and finishes used? In this case, the Fresco and Ease/22 series by Ricchetti, and the Cinca products for the coverings?
"The choice of colors and finishes was guided by the desire to create a contemporary and appealing work environment. The Fresco and Ease/22 series by Ricchetti offer a wide range of modern and sophisticated shades that seamlessly integrate with the space design. We opted for neutral colors and understated tones to promote a sense of calm and professionalism, while introducing some brighter shades strategically to add dynamism and vitality to the environment. As for Cinca products for coverings, we selected solutions that harmoniously complement the overall design, ensuring aesthetic coherence and functionality. The goal was to create an environment that inspires creativity and productivity, while maintaining timeless elegance."

From the client's perspective, what kind of feedback did you receive upon completion of the project?
"The client was extremely satisfied with the final result. The decision to use ceramic stoneware from the Fresco and Ease/22 series by Ricchetti, along with Cinca products for the coverings, proved to be a winning choice both in terms of aesthetics and functionality. The offices now feature a modern, elegant, and highly functional space that fully meets the client's needs and expectations. The positive feedback received focused on both the visual aspect and the practicality of the spaces, confirming that the choice of materials and the overall design exceeded expectations."
