Situated in San Giorgio a Cremano (NA), Casa Ludekla is the result of a renovation project that has redefined its spaces through sophisticated and functional architectural solutions.
Thanks to the expertise of Soluzioni New Lab, a company based in Volla (NA), a 60-square-meter apartment has been completely reimagined, resulting in a modern and harmonious living space. The defining element of the project is the integration of habitable mezzanines, a strategic design choice that optimizes spatial distribution and enhances overall livability.
A key feature of the renovation is the use of premium materials, including the Ease/22 collection by Ricchetti, a large-format (120x120 cm) porcelain stoneware selected for the flooring. The Sand shade not only enhances the brightness of the interiors but also creates a perception of greater spaciousness. Highly resistant to humidity and easy to maintain, this material is particularly suited for high-traffic areas such as bathrooms and kitchens, ensuring both functionality and durability over time.
The project also included the installation of high-quality finishes, such as Garbelotto parquet flooring, state-of-the-art Finstral windows, and elegant Bertolotto doors, contributing to an ideal balance between design and comfort. Security was also a key priority, with the installation of an Oikos armored door, which seamlessly integrates protection and aesthetic refinement.

One of the most complex challenges of the renovation involved managing humidity levels. Through the application of an advanced chemical barrier treatment and dehumidifying plaster, the project successfully improved indoor air quality, ensuring a healthier and more durable living environment.
